Unveiling Oppression and Cruelty

The story of oppression and tyranny

Today I heard a story which disappointed me from our system.

Note: Children born out of wedlock are thrown in the rubbish bins or in the graveyard. This is some sort of honor killing.

The tragic story of apathetic Pakistani society

Cemetery Tank Ada Dera Ismail Khan، Pakistan, January 9, 2021

A passerby heard the sound of crying. When he went to the graveyard there, he saw a helpless newborn baby girl wrapped in a cloth. The man picked up the girl and took her to his home. After consultation, the man took the girl to the relevant police station. Due to the complex legal requirements, the girl was brought to the Civil Court. The civil court directed police to take the baby girl to the Child Protection Court. It is worth mentioning here that about ten families had also applied for the adoption of the girl. The Additional Sessions Judge, Child Protection Court, transferred the girl to the nursery ward of the women's hospital til the adoption process completion due to legal complications. The hospital administration were forced to admit the girl. The reason for admitting the girl to the hospital was not the illness of the girl but the lack of proper institution to take care of the girl. Sources said that the condition of the ward where the girl was kept was very bad and there was a stench in the ward. The judge then, after looking at the legal requirements, issued an order to handover the girl to a person from the Social Welfare Department. Despite the court order, the hospital management handed over the girl to the said person with a delay of one day. The girl was brought to the hospital after her condition deteriorated late night. However, the girl lost her life. Now the legal requirements for the burial of the girl hampered the funeral to take place. The girl's body was lying helpless due to lack of autopsy , DNA test and cold storage facility. However, an autopsy was performed on the girl and she was buried. It took Pakistani Institutions, nine days to take an orphaned girl from graveyard to graveyard.

The innocent young girl was stripped naked and taken to the streets. Neither the state nor the villagers saved her. Rather, it became a topic of time to enjoy for the people of village.

It happened in our village a few years ago. There was a old man living in our neighborhood. He had five young sons and three daughters. One of his daughter had an affair with a boy who lived in their neighborhood. It remained a secret for some time, but when her brothers found out about the affair, they planned to punish the boy. One morning, all the brothers got together, took up arms, and entered the boy's house. They picked up the boy's sister, stripped her naked and took her to the street. The girl, who was innocent in the whole affair, was stripped naked in the street at gun point. No one in the village dared to help the girl. It was the culmination of cruelty that I still remember, and my heart aches. What is even more sad is that no one lodged a report with the police and the police did not come. The whole village was sad. Criminals are roaming the streets today after many years. The funny thing is if it is understood that the boy and their sister have committed a crime but no one touched them and punished an innocent girl for their action۔

Unveiling the Wisdom Within

Unveiling the Wisdom Within Throughout my life, I have encountered numerous incidents that made me question the complexity of my own identity. This internal duality has often troubled me, leading me to the realization that without truly understanding oneself, the world can appear distorted. Delving into the depths of our subconscious allows us to uncover the multitude of personalities hidden within each individual. It was during my endeavors as a motivational speaker and advisor that I began to hear the echoes of my own subconscious. It often reminded me that the wisdom I imparted to others was not always reflected in my own actions. Recognizing this aspect of my personality, I decided to pen a short story that would shed light on my behavior, and it is with great pleasure that I share it with you. Once, while through a dense jungle, I heard the haunting sound of bones being devoured. Curiosity compelled me to investigate, and to my dismay, I disc...
